Login on the web interface
If the connection to the device was successful, the login interface of the web interface appears. Here,
you can choose between the normal login window and the
optional
secure login
.
Note:
In the secure login, the data are transferred on an encrypted basis; however, for this
you must first accept a certificate in your browser. The browser first indicates this with a
message. For example: “This connection is not secure”. Subsequently, depending on the
browser, you must confirm and approve the connection.
The delivery takes place with an individual access password for the
customer
. This consists of the
first
six
digits of the “Code #1” printed on the
Cryptocode label.
This is found on the housing of the energy store.
Note:
In the initial start-up, login as a customer is rejected, as the installer must first carry
out the software configuration.
Login as installer
The access password of the installer consists of a combination of the password of the
end customer
(see page 45) and the password of the
installer
. (The code was communicated in the certification
training). It is attached to the customer password
without
a space.
Thus, the access data look as follows:

Login as end customer
The access password of the customer was described on page 45. You can log in as an end customer
with the following data:

Change password
After the login, the password of the currently logged-in user can be changed in the set-
tings menu under the
“User”
tab.
The settings menu is called up via the tool symbol.
