Fraction Collector Mode Parameter Group:

Sense Peak By
options, define the way the presence of
peaks will be determined:
Time
: peaks are determined by time. The
Fraction
Windows
table is activated. The user has to determine
the time size of each fraction.
Slope
: peaks are sensed by their rate of change of
signal. As a peak starts rising, it will be sensed and
collection will be started. The peak separation is based
on the range in the slope of the baseline over a wide
