Click on
to reset the flow and composition. Then the
pump continues with the default flow and composition values. If
an equilibration time has been programmed in the last used
method, the equilibration is performed to return to the default
values. In this case, click again on this button to stop the
equilibration of the pump, and the pump will become ready.
Click on
and the last programmed evolution of the
gradient (shown on the chart on the right panel) starts.
NOTE:
The chart shown on the right panel of the
Elution
window represents the
progression of the flow and solvent composition.
Relays Window
Blue lights indicate if the corresponding relay is activated or not.
Each relay can be opened or closed by clicking on the

buttons.
