Nutdriver, 1/4 inch
Pliers, needle nose
Pliers, snap ring (if removing wide angle lens)
To replace lens stepper motor:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire.
Step 2. Remove color bulkhead ( Figure 3-9 ).
Step 3. Remove lens assembly ( Figure 3-16 ).
Step 4. At yoke termination board , disconnect 4-pos MTA receptacle
from at header marked LENS.
Step 5. At lens motor, remove two 4-40x1/4"PPSS screws and #4 internal
tooth lockwashers that secure motor to front assembly and
remove motor (
Figure 3-18 ).

Step 6. Replace lens motor by doing steps 2 thru 6 in reverse.
