When the Update Driver Software appears, select “Browse my
computer for driver software”

When the next window appears, insert the driver CD into the
computer’s optical drive, type D:\
UGT-ST420R\Win7 32-bit
( substitute whatever drive letter is appopriate), and then
click
Next.
5.
When the next window appears, click Close to complete the
installation.
