Three blinks:
Q-ETS3 or STHERR101 is not communicating with the Controller. Verify that station
bus wiring conforms to Vantage guidelines or for STHERR101, verify that the serial number is
correct in the software and is in communication range with the RadioLink Enabler.
Four blinks:
Q-ETS3 or STHERR101 Factory problem. Please contact the factory.
Five blinks:
Q-ETS3 (only) Configuration mode. InFusion or QLink is ready for configuration
button presses (
Configuration the Q-ETS3, WireLink™ above
) to associate serial number with
programming.
Six blinks:
Q-ETS3 or STHERR101 is not communicating with the thermostat. The thermostat is
not properly wired to the station or, in the case of the Q-ETS3 only, the thermostat is not powered.
Off:
The Q-ETS3 station is not connected to the station bus, the Controller is not in place or is not
powered. The STHERR101 is not powered.
Thermostat Setup with InFusion
In
Area View
select the floor and room for the thermostat. Click on
Vantage Objects
in the
Object
Explorer
and expand
Stations, WireLink
or
Stations, RadioLink
and double click on the thermostat
station to add it to the room. In the
Object Editor
name the station and make sure it is on the correct
station bus port. At the bottom of the Object Explorer Check boxes are provided for external
sensors.
Thermostat Setup with QLink
In QLink right click on the room and move the mouse over Add WireLink Stations or Add RadioLink
Stations to expand the station choices and select Thermostat from the drop-down list of stations.
The
Thermostat Station
dialog box will open, allowing the thermostat type to be selected. The
Vantage system clock (from the master) may be displayed on the thermostat by selecting
Display
Clock
. Finally External sensor options may be selected.
