BATTERY PACK LIMITED WARRANTY
For any warranty claims specific to Battery Pack capacity, any replacement Battery Pack will be in a condition appropriate for the
mileage and age of the vehicle. The vehicle’s estimated range is an imperfect measure of Battery Pack capacity.
REMEDIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Vanderhall NA (or one of its authorized dealers, as determined by Vanderhall NA) will
repair and replace the defective component, in its sole discretion.
This “repair or replacement” remedy is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. Vanderhall NA has no responsibility or liability for
any consequential or incidental damages, such as the cost of aftermarket parts or their replacement or repair, loss of use, storage
charges, interest or finance charges, insurance or depreciation, transportation or lodging charges, or charges for delivery, towing or
hauling out, etc.
AND ALL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED FROM
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
