PRODUCT WARRANTY, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Vanderhall NA warrants, subject to the limitations and exclusions below, that the VNA Products will be free from defects in
workmanship and materials for a period of six (6) months after the VNA Product was first delivered to the first retail (non-
commercial) customer. This warranty coverage runs from the date the VNA Product was first delivered to the first retail (non-
commercial) customer and applies only to warranted defects that first manifest themselves and are reported to Vanderhall NA within
the limited warranty period.
UNDER THE LAWS OF CERTAIN STATES, THERE MAY BE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES FROM VANDERHALL NA
APPLICABLE TO YOUR VNA PRODUCT, AND ALL IMPLIED OR STATUTORY CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES (INCLUDING ANY
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) AND GUARANTIES ARE EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. If applicable, the duration of any implied warranty is limited to the six (6) month
duration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to you.
