Certain items are excluded from warranty coverage by Vanderhall NA, and this limited warranty coverage does not apply to:

Normal and routine maintenance, or improper or
inadequate maintenance (see applicable Vanderhall
NA Owner’s Manual) .

Normal wear and tear .

VNA Products delivered without pre-delivery
preparation and set up by an authorized Vanderhall
NA dealer .

Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or by improper
use and handling, for example, if you do not
operate or maintain your vehicle as outlined in your
operator’s manual .

Damage or deterioration to VNA Product finishes or
components due to exposure to the environment .

Modifications, including the use of aftermarket
or unapproved components and any damage
they cause .

Design defects .

Unauthorized maintenance or repairs, including
maintenance or repairs not performed by an
authorized Vanderhall NA dealer .

Any use for commercial (including rental, ride-
sharing and similar uses), racing or competition
purposes .

VNA Products which have not been warranty-
registered with Vanderhall NA .

There is no warranty coverage on VNA Products
kept and used outside of the United States .
