1.10.2 Overloading clutch P.T.O. shaft
To ensure correct functioning, friction clutches must be relieved prior to first time use and after lengthy periods of non-
use. To this end, the friction linings must be relieved of pressure and the clutch turned manually.
Notes on relieving of Type K96:
•
Uniformly tighten the nuts No. 3, thereby relieving the pressure on the friction disks.
•
Turn the clutch.
•
Subsequently unscrew the nuts No. 4 again up to the end of the thread.
1.10.3 Bearing houses flail rotor
The bearing houses of the flail rotor have to be lubricated every 4 hours
of service.
1.10.4 Bearing houses drive shaft
The housing of the drive shaft has to be lubricated every 8 hours of operation. Grease
nipples.
1.10.5 Parallelogram Offset system
The grease nipples of the parallelogram arms and the top bar have to be lubricated every 4 hours of service.
1.10.6 Pivot points cutting head
The grease nipples of the pivot points of the cutting head have to be lubricated
every 4 hours of service.
