Remote Control Installation
Caution! Don’t connect the batteries to the remote control receiver until the wires are
connected to the burner control unit, as short circuit could result in destruction of the
electrical components.
When installing the remote control, please refer to
fi
gures 37 and 38 below.
Connect the wiring harness to the receiver box by pushing the wire connector on to the receiver circuit board. The plug
will only go on one way so please ensure that the wires are pointing up and slot in the board is in line with the tab on
the wiring harness plug.
Connect wires “A” (with the “L” terminals) to the connectors “B” on the control valve as shown below.
Please note that the “L” connectors are different sizes; the smaller one
fi
ts to the lower connection on the valve.
Connect the wires “C” to the connectors “D” on the control valve. (Either wire can be
fi
tted to either connector).
Remove the remote control receiver lid.
Fit four 1.5V batteries.
Place the remote control receiver on the
Velcro
pad.
Fit the 9V battery to the handset transmitter.

the remote control kit.
