COOLING & FREEZING - button for the continuous mixing.
With quick key AUTOMATIC PASTEURIZATION:
AUTOMATIC PASTEURIZATION - button for the automatic
pasteurization at 85°C.
With quick key ONE:
ONE - button for the automatic low pasteurization at 65°C.
With quick key TWO:
TWO - button for the automatic pasteurization at 90°C suitable for
chocolate mixtures.
With quick key THREE
THREE - button for the automatic pasteurization at 85°C with
mixture micronization.
