Chapter VII Start Printing
Before printing, please make sure that the main control panel and the engine panel are ready and
each indicator light is green.
LPU printing system supports only PDF files

For one or several single-page PDF files, select single page
mode. If the PDF file has many pages, LUP will switch to
multi-page mode automatically after detection. The multi-
page mode is similar with the single-page mode with the
difference that the former cannot support multiple files or
modification of space parameter in type setting.

After continued printing mode is selected, the setting
information is sent to the printer. Currently, this mode only
support black label tracking and the continued printing
sensor shall be turned on through the main system control
panel. See P52 for detailed use method of relevant sensor.

Before printing, one must select the corresponding
material. Click "select" to open the materials list and the
all the materials in the list are tested. See P48 for
detailed test method.

Input the width of the material for printing in "material
width". Note: Material width must be larger than the page
width of PDF file.

Click "add file". You can add several single-page PDF
files at the same time and the added filed will show in this
list. You can also input in [label quantity] and the max.
value is 999999. Click [apply] and the it will calculate the
printing length of this label after type setting.

Input space between two pages. When you adds many
files, you can set the space between two pages (in unit the
same with the height of last label and the max. value is 2.
You can also add null file to do this)
