TYPICAL TARGET DETECTION SIGNALS OF THE UXO SEARCH HEAD
Deeply buried, large metal mines and small metal parts near the surface can
be differentiated by an audio alarm signal.
Move the search head with continuous speed in parallel above the ground
surface.
Maximum detection signal means:
a)
Maximum volume of the audio signal.
b)
LEDs on the display are illuminated (length proportional to the strength
of the audio signal).
c)
Vibration in the hand grip.
The maximum detection signal is produced in two different kinds.
1. Large metal objects if the center of the search head is positioned exactly
above the object
