6. VIBRATION SIGNALS DURING THE DETECTION WORK
Provided that you have selected an alarm configuration with vibration (please refer to
chapter 3.1), the vibration of the hand grip indicates the following conditions:

Meaning
2 impulses/second
Vibration after switching ON for
about 5 seconds.
Batteries are full.
Metal detector is ready for
operation.
1 impulse/second
Vibration after switching ON for
about 5 seconds:
Batteries have 50 % of the energy;
Metal detector is ready for
operation.
1 impulse/2 seconds
Vibration after switching ON for
about 5 seconds:
Batteries have 10 % of the energy;
Metal detector is ready for
operation.
continuous vibration
Continuous
vibration.
Batteries do not have enough
energy.
Insert new batteries.
Defect in search head, cable or
electronics.
→
Return the metal detector to the
manufacturer or service center for
repair.
