5.4.7 Error symptom "Overheat protection has
triggered"
Is the plug “V“ of the gas regulator
harness plugged in correctly?
Is the plug, the pins and the cables
of the gas regulator harness OK?
Are the solenoid valves at the gas
regulator installed correctly?
Replace control unit.
Correct error and/or replace the
component.

Replace gas regulator.
NOTE:
Replacement of the solenoid valves
is not permitted.
Is it ensured that sufficient cooling
and coolant flow are available?
Are all shut-off valves open?
Is the cooling system proof, comple-
tely filled and bled?
Is a circulating pump connected and
the direction of rotation of the circula-
tion pump correctly?
Is the cold resistance of the coolant
given?
Remove the control unit, check it
and replace if required.
Correct error and/or replace the
component.
