5 Troubleshooting
Are the combustion air intake opening and line and
the exhaust line clean and securely mounted?
Clean and securely mount the combustion air intake
opening and line and the exhaust line.
Is sufficient fresh air intake ensured and are no
exhaust fumes drawn in?
Secure fresh air supply. Prevent
exhaust intake.
Is the fan wheel properly secured?
Are all screw connections tightened and ensured that no air
escapes?
Secure the fan wheel properly. Make sure that all screw
connections are tightened and that no air escapes (see
also 8.5).
Is the distance of the ignition electrodes OK?
Adjust ignition electrodes properly (see 5.5.9) respectively
check the correct installation of the ZF module.

Are all electrical connection plugged in and undamaged?
Check combustion air motor (see 5.5.7)
Connect electrical connections or replace
damaged parts.
Do the solenoid valves at the gas
pressure regulator open?

regulator controlled correctly?
Replace gas pressure regulator.
Remove the control device, check it
and replace if required (see 8.6).
