Horizontal alignment
When checking the parallelism of the frame, the
front tool must not be pressed down onto the
ground.
7.1.1
Drawbar
Figure 7.1
1. Perform this adjustment when the machine has been
folded out onto level and firm ground.
2. Lower the front tool to the ground to relieve the
pressure on the turnbuckle.
3. The turnbuckle is adjusted so that the drawbar is
parallel with the ground.
After adjusting the turnbuckle, lift up the
front tool and check that the drawbar is
parallel.
4. Lock the turnbuckle with the lock nuts after the
adjustment.
7.1.2
Frame
Figure 7.2
1.
Ensure that the frame is parallel with the ground.
2. The frame angle is adjusted using the hydraulics until
it is parallel with the ground, see parallel setting
“5.3.1 Dimensions and colour coding on the
hydraulic hoses“
.

7.2.1
Parallel alignment
The hydraulics system should be synchronised
before any adjustments are made. See
Synchronising the series-connected hydraulics
system“
Figure 7.3
Perform this adjustment when the machine has been
folded out onto level and firm ground. Lower the front
tool so that it almost reaches the ground. Adjust the
turnbuckles (A) until the front tools are parallel with the
ground. After the adjustment, lock the turnbuckles (A)
using the lock nuts (B).
