NOTE:
It is possible that a very few initial Clio units may not boot up when first turned on or
after both batteries have been fully discharged. The problem randomly affects
approximately 3% of early production units and occurs when the user attempts the
initial power on and/or when the main battery and the backup battery are BOTH
fully depleted of all power. The Clio unit is shipped with the battery installed, which
minimizes power drain, so full power depletion is very unlikely to occur. Please
note that the user should always avoid letting the main battery and backup battery
fully deplete all power, as all personal data will be lost. A fully charged unit that is
shut off takes about 2 months to fully discharge the main and backup battery. A
low-battery unit that is shut off takes about 2 weeks to fully discharge the main and
backup battery.
