Under its sole responsibility hereby declares that:

• built for incorporation in a machine pursuant to Directive
2006/42/EC
• compliant with the essential safety requirements indicated in
Annex 1 of the Directive, with the exclusion of points: 1.2.4.3,
1.2.4.4, 1.3.4, 1.3.5, 1.3.7, 1.3.8.2, 1.4, 1.5.3, 1.5.7, 1.5.14,
1.5.15, 1.5.16
• complies with the requirements of the following EC Directives:
2014/30/EU Electromagnetic Compatibility
• 2014/35/EU Low Voltage
• and the following standards (parts/clauses of) were applied:
• EN 60335-1, EN 61000-6-2, EN 50366, EN 61000-6-3,
EN16005
and also declares that:
• the relevant technical documentation was compiled in
compliance with part B of Annex VII; this documentation, or
parts of it, were sent by post or electronical
• the product cannot be placed in service until the machine in
which it will be incorporated or become a component of is
identified and declared compliant with the conditions of the
Directive 2006/42/EC and the national legislation in force,
meaning until the machinery for which the declaration is
released forms a single assembly with the machine.

1.3 - MACHINERY DIRECTIVE
The installation technician that automates a door pursuant to
Directive 2006/42/EC becomes the manufacturer of the automatic
door machine and must:
• Prepare the Technical File with the documents indicated in
Annex VII of the Machinery Directive and archive it for at least
10 years.
• Draft the CE Declaration of Conformity according to Annex II-A
of the Machinery Directive and send a copy of it to the user.
• Affix the CE marking on the automated door pursuant to point
1.7.3 of Annex I of the Machinery Directive.
• In particular, but not exclusively, if for the purposes of standard
EN 16005 installation is necessary of a monitored sensor or
sensors, connection and setting must be installed as indicated
in this manual (see page 12) and correct functionality checked
as per the instructions in the manual of the sensor/s used.
