To obtain an accurate food probe temperature reading, the thickest part of the
meat must be aligned with the groove in the front third of the rotisserie spit.
Roasting basket
Use the roasting basket along with the rotisserie spit for larger or asymmetrical cuts of
meat such as a roast joint.
▸ Lightly grease the roasting basket with oil.
▸ Season the meat, fix on the rotisserie spit and place between the two halves of the
roasting basket
