Assembling and Collection of Liquids
When the machine has been correctly assembled and connected, it can be switched on at the switch of the motor
top. The suction motor of the machine is switched on at the one switch and the pump at the other. When the
suction motor or the pump is on, the light in the switch will be on. The switch of the pump is marked with a
“PUMP” label.
When the collection container is full, the float valve will cut off the air flow to the suction motor, and the collection
will stop.
Switch off the suction motor immediately so that the motor is not unnecessarily loaded.
Empty the collection container. (See the next paragraph)
Note: Clean the machine after use! See: Cleaning and maintenance.
Removal of Collection Container
Dismount the motor top of the machine by loosening the two container
clips on the sides of the collection container.
Now the motor top can be
removed from the trolley frame.
Loosen the collection bag from
the container coupling and lift the
bag out of the collection
container.
In connection with the
replacement of the collection bag
it should be checked that there is no sludge or solid substances at the
bottom of the machine, as these may clog up the intake filter to the
pump.
When putting in the new collection bag you must make sure that the strap is hanging out of the machine. If not,
the bag may fall off, and sludge may damage the machine.
It may be advantageous to install the new bag on the intake / adapter ring, before this ring is installed in the
machine.
NB: Let the machine run for 5-10 minutes after having finished the collection, as this will make the water
come out of the collection bag.
NB: It may be advantageous to lift out the filed bag inside the metal basket.
