The wireless network I want to connect to is not appearing in the
Available Networks list in the Configuration Utility.
Possible Solution:
Verify that your access point or wireless router is functioning correctly.
Possible Solution:
The network may not be broadcasting a Network Name (SSID). Open the USRobotics
Nd1 Configuration Utility, and click the
Wireless Networks
tab. Click
Add
and select
Use Utility (advanced network)
. Enter the network name and security
configuration being used by the router or access point. Click
OK
.
Possible Solution:
Change the channel on the access point or wireless router to channel 1 and retest. If
the problem persists, change the channel on the access point or wireless router to
channel 11 and retest. If the problem persists, change the channel on the access
point or wireless router to channel 6 and retest.
