Wireless Nd1 PC Card and PCI Adapter
connection is not working. If after using the Internet Connection Diagnostic Utility and
following the instructions in the utility, your Internet connection is still not working,
follow the procedures below.
1. Verify the wired or wireless connection to your router. If your computer cannot
communicate with the router, it cannot access the Internet.
2. Verify that your router is working. Refer to your router's documentation for
additional information.
3. If your router is working, verify that your router is connected connection to
your Cable or DSL modem. Your router must be connected to your modem and
communicating with it.
4. Verify your modem's connection to the Internet. Internet service through your
Internet service provider must be available.

2. Ensure that your computer is connected to your router rather than another
router, such as a neighbor's router. You can use the

your PC Card or PCI Adapter is connected to. If it is connected to the wrong
router, you can use the utility to force your PC Card or PCI Adapter to try to
connect to your router. Refer to
