At the bottom of the window the following commands are available:
Call
Used to recall the user left without answer
Refresh
Used to update the call list
Del
Used to delete the unanswered call from the list
Cancel
Used to close the window and go back to switchboard default operating
mode

In multi-server systems, remember to select the server from the list on the left. Then check if there are
unanswered calls.

This command allows to activate a window, used to display images coming from the local switchboard
Webcam.

This command, available in menu “Views”, allows to display all the events recorded by the concierge
switchboard. In order to unify use and search modes in log files, starting from IPerVoice 4.0 version, this
function is available by a FrontEnd extension, that allows to directly access log files from the
Switchboard application. Select the “Log” item, a new dialogue box will appear, shown in Figure 29.
