This low bit-rate encoder can support a various kinds of resolution, and users can select
the corresponding bit-rate through the pull-down list.
This interface will allow users to select encoding resolution and BitRate.
4.3.1.5 Aspect Ratio
This interface will allow users to select between 4:3 and 16:9 (widescreen) aspect ratios.
4.3.1.6 Max/Min Video Bit-rate
When the device is set to VBR encoding users should specify the allowable Bitrate
range.
4.3.1.7 Video Bit-rate Setting
In this field, users can set the video Bitrate.
4.3.1.8 Video Brightness/Contrast/Saturation and Hue Setting
These sub-menus will allow users to adjust video parameters. The allowable range is
0~255. The values outside the parentheses is decimal while the inside value is
hexadecimal.
4.3.2 Audio 1 Parameter Setting
In this field users can set the corresponding input audio parameters such as the format,
sampling rate, Bitrate and delay time.
