PREPARING THE APPLIANCE FOR OPERATION
1. Remove all packaging material.
2. Clean the appliance with a damp
cloth.
3. Place the appliance on an even,
firm and dry surface with suffici-
ent space on all sides.
4. Connect the plug to a wall socket.
OPERATION OF THE INDUCTION BURNER

1. The appliance can be controlled
through the power setting as well
as through the temperature set-
ting. You can switch between both
setting modes by pushing the but-
ton „FUNKTION“ [„MODE“]. The
power setting respectively tempe-
rature setting may be adjusted at
any time while cooking by pushing
the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons.
The initial setting of the appliance
is „P8“ (1,800 Watt). This setting
can be changed by pushing the
plus (+) or minus (-) buttons.
2. Connect the plug to the wall
socket.
3. A short alarm sounds and the dis-
play shows „88“ to indicate that
the appliance is ready for opera-
tion.
4. Press the „START/STOP“ button
once. The display indicates „0 0“.
5. Fill a suitable pot and place it in
the centre of the plate.
6. When no pot is placed on the
plate, an alarm sounds at inter-
vals, the display indicates „E0“
and the appliance is switched off
automatically after 60 seconds.
7. Press the „FUNKTION“ [„MODE“]
button once. The indicator light
„Watt“ lights up. The display indi-
cates the power setting. You my
change the setting by pushing the
buttons plus (+) and minus (-).
8. The following adjustments are
possible:
P 1 400 Watt
P 2 600 Watt
P 3 800 Watt
P 4 1,000 Watt
P 5 1,200 Watt
P 6 1,400 Watt
P 7 1,600 Watt
P 8 1,800 Watt
9. If you push the button „FUNK-
TION“ [„MODE“] again, you may
control the appliance by means
of the temperature setting. The
indicator light „°C“ lights up. The
standard adjustment is 240 °C.
The following adjustments are
possible:
H 1 approx. 60 °C
H 2 approx. 100 °C
H 3 approx. 140 °C
H 4 approx. 180 °C
H 5 approx. 220 °C
H 6 approx. 240 °C
10. If you want to pre-adjust the coo-
king time, push the button ZEIT
[TIME] now. The indicator light
