3. Children aged from 3 years and less
than 8 years shall only swith on/off
the appliance provided that it has
been placed or installed in its inten-
ded normal operating position and
they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and under-
stand the hazards involved. Children
aged from 3 years and less than 8
years shall not plug in, regulate and
clean the appliance or perform user
maintenance.
4. CAUTION – Some parts of this pro-
duct can become very hot and cause
burns. Particular attention has to be
given where children and vulnerable
people are present.
5. Children should be supervised in
order to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
6. Connect appliance only to an AC
power supply to the voltage on the
rating plate.
7. Do not operate this appliance with
an external timer or remote control

8. Persons with pacemakers, espe-
cially older models, should ask
their doctor before using the

10. When using model 58215, you
should not connect any other elec-
trical appliance to the same elec-
trical circuit to avoid overloads.
11. The appliance is intended for
household use only, or for similar
areas of use, such as:
kitchenettes in businesses, offi-
ces or other workplaces,
agricultural enterprises,
for use by guests in hotels, motels
or other lodgings,
in private guesthouses or holiday
homes.
12. Check the plug and the power cord
regularly for wear or damage. In
case of damage to the power cord,
glass cooktop or other parts, ple-
ase send the appliance for inspec-
tion and/or repair to our customer
service department. Unauthorized
repairs can result in serious risks
to the user and will void the war-
ranty.
13. If the power cord of this appliance
is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or his after
sales service department or per-
son with similar qualifications, to
prevent hazards. Disconnect the
power plug only after the fans in
the appliance have stopped tur-
ning.

14. Place the appliance on a solid,
level and dry surface. For safety
reasons, never place the appli-

water or other liquids. Protect the

space between the appliance and
walls and other flammable objects
such as curtains.
19. Do not operate the appliance in
the vicinity of heat sources.
20. Before heating, route the power
cord so that it does not come into
contact with hot parts of the appli-
ance.
21. Installation of the appliance in a
worktop is not permitted.
22. Use only pots and pans which are
suitable for induction cooking.
23. The appliance heats very quickly.
