18. The automatic cooling function
cools the ice cream in steps of
10 minutes up to a maximum of
1 hour.
19. Before removing the ice cream,
switch off the machine and pull
out the plug.

cream, first take off the transpa-
rent lid.
21. Then remove the ice cream bowl
from the appliance and carefully
extract the mixer from the ice
cream.

container. Please use plastic or
wooden spoons rather than sharp
or pointed items to avoid dama-

When preparing fruit ice cream
or sorbet, remove the ice cream
bowl immediately at the end of
the program, fill the ice cream
into a deep-freezable container
and place it in the freezer to
allow the ice cream to freeze
through completely: while the ice
cream may have solidified on the
outside, it may possibly still be
slightly liquid on the inside.
25. Once you have finished preparing
ice cream, switch off the appli-
ance using the ON/OFF switch
and remove the plug.

information for the preparation of ice
cream as well as some basic recipes.
You will find a lot of good cooking
books in good bookstores. Please adapt
the quanti-ties always to the maximum
filling quantity of the ice bowl.
The ice cream smells best when it is
fresh. Homemade ice cream does not
contain any conserving agents and is
thus provided for immediate use.
If you want to store the ice cream for
some time, you should add 20 g ice
cream base which avoids the formation
of big ice crystals. In Germany the ice
base (Eisbasis) is available under the
