Fill the oil tank to a level between the MIN mark and the MAX
mark.
Do not fill it above the MAX mark or below the MIN mark.
Make sure the temperature control knob is set to the OFF or 0
position.
Plug the power cord into an outlet.
Move the thermostat knob to the desired temperature setting
for the particular recipe you are using. The RED and GREEN
indicators will light up.
While the oil is preheating, prepare the food that is going to be
fried.
When the oil has reached the set temperature, the GREEN light
will turn off.
NOTE: The GREEN light will turn on and off along with
the thermostat to maintain a stable temperature. The RED
power light will be on during all use.
When placing food in the basket, make sure it is as dry as
possible. Do not add water, ice or wet food, as this may cause
hot oil to splatter.
When frying frozen foods, remove ice particles and thaw food
thoroughly.
Do not overfill the basket.
Lower the basket of food into the hot oil and cover fryer with
the lid.
