Alternate Channel Group Selection:  

The Wireless Keypad Unit can be set to one of three 

alternate channel groups, to overcome range-reducing interference from conflicting radio 
transmitters.  

Change the channel setting on the Master Keypad Unit only.  Once the channel 

group is changed on the 1

  Keypad  Unit  in  the  system,  re-teach to other keypads and 

receivers in the system.

To alternate operating channel groups, on the Keypad Unit, enter in the Master Pin Number, 

followed by

Immediately enter 

1, 2, or 3,

 to set the channel group. 

The Keypad Unit will give a single beep as the new channel group is accepted.  The default setting is 
channel group 1.

 

 
13:  Operating Mode: 

Party Mode:  

To keep your gate open during a party or other activity, so the gate won’t have to 

open with the arrival of each guest, you can set the Wireless Keypad Unit to keep the gate open, 
until it is cycled closed.  

To use this setting, the Receiver Unit MUST be connected to an 

external power supply.

To enter Party Mode, on the Primary Keypad Unit, enter in the Master Pin Number, followed by

To close the gate and exit Party Mode, cycle the gate by entering a Pin Number. 

 

14:  Batteries: 

The Wireless Keypad Unit uses four ‘AA’ batteries.  The average life of the Wireless Keypad Unit’s 
batteries is a year with all functions enabled.  

Lithium batteries are recommended for longer life 

and
