6.6. SATCODX AUTO PROGRAMMING
This function is using the tables of the SatcoDX websites to
update your channel and satellite lists.
1. Start the SatcoDX application on your PC.
2. Select “SatcoDX Auto Programming” item from the “Tools”
menu and press [OK]. The screen will show the message “OK
to Proceed” (OSD 84).
3. Press [OK] again and you will see the message “Ready to
Download” (OSD 85).
4. In the PC application set the Baud Rate to 115200 and start
the download procedure.
! Caution: The new download channels will delete the original
channels list. Please be careful before using it.
6.7. SMART CARD AND SERIAL PORT
Note:
This receiver includes support for dongles. Dongle
should be connected to serial port (RS232) of the receiver and
it must be fed by an external Power Supply.
In this option, you can access to the information about the
conditional access system or the information about serial
dongle. For this:
1. At the option “Serial Port use” select “KEYFLY dongle” or
“Smartcard” (second option only will be active in receivers with
smartcard reader). (OSD 86)
2. Go to “Menu” option and confirm with “OK” (OSD 87). Follow
the steps showed on menu in order to access to the card data
or to the Dongle information.
3. If there is no card or Dongle (or they are incorrectly inserted),
an error alert will be shown on TV.
With a FELEC-CAS card, information about the card will be
showed (osd 88).
