5.1 Warranty Provisions
United Care Products offers 1 year warranty on the Wendy hoist. United Care Products gives no guarantee on
consumable parts, such as wheels, slings and batteries.
Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to damage or defects that may arise on the Max hoist due to
incorrect or improper use and repairs by third parties. The assessment of this lies with United Care Products or
with a representative to be designated by United Care Products.
United Care Products reserves the right to make changes to the product in deviation from what is described in
this manual. No accountability is due for this.
5.2 About United Care
Carrying out transfers in health care requires considerable effort from many parties, particularly from care
providers and expertise.
