Step 1 Power off the machine. Open the Back upper&bottom door.

Step 2 Locate Ball tube. Turn the Ball tube cover counterclockwise to take Ball tube out.

Step 3 Turn the Swing screws counterclockwise to take Ball-up mechanism out. Unplug the
connector
