Guarantee and Service
1. Warranty period: one year from the date of billing (excluding fi lters).
2. During the warranty period, all faults caused by the quality defects of the product itself can be repaired at local dealer
of fi ce by purchase invoice. Do not disassemble the machine by yourself; otherwise you will be disquali fi ed for the warranty
service, and we will not be responsible for any quality problems or accidents therefrom.
3. Free warranty is not applicable to the following circumstances:
3.1 Damages caused by improper use, maintenance or storage by consumers;
3.2 Damages caused by disassembling the product by maintainers not from authorized distributer or after service group;
3.3 No purchase voucher or non-conformance of purchase voucher to product model;
3.4 Damages caused by force majeure;
3.5 Expiration of the warranty period.
4. For the convenience of product maintenance, please keep the packaging box for more than half a year.
5. For product maintenance other than free maintenance, we will only charge reasonable fees for parts and materials, and the
Company will provide you with high-quality service.

Precautions
●
Please select high-quality accessories if you need to purchase accessories by yourself due to installation requirements.
●
New hose assembly attached with the appliance must be used for the product and the old one cannot be reused.
●
In view of the particularity of the water puri fi er product, all components of the product are provided with a certain service
life.
●
The recommended service life of key components is detailed in the Manual and the operation, daily inspection and
maintenance are strictly in accordance with the requirements of the Manual.
●
The applicable water source of the product is municipal tap water with the water pressure range of 0.1 MPa ~ 0.4 MPa,
the applicable water temperature of 5 °C ~ 38 °C and the applicable environment temperature of 4 °C ~ 40 °C. It is strictly
forbidden to use the product out of the range.
●
The product is only suitable for indoor installation, and there should be a reliable fl oor drain within 1.5 m around the
installation to avoid the loss of water leakage caused by poor drainage.
●
When the product has not been used or left unattended for more than 3 days, the water supply shall be cut off to prevent the
“ water hammer ” shock caused by unstable water pressure, resulting in damage or water leakage of the product.
●
Please use the fi lter element and accessories provided by the Company to ensure the normal use of products; otherwise
the Company will not be responsible for warranty. The Company will not be responsible for any consequences caused by
failure to follow the precautions mentioned above.
