Adjustments - brief description

Adjust the air and oil flow rates at the maximum output (“high flame”) first, by means of the air damper and the adjusting cam
respectively.

Check that the combustion parameters are in the suggested limits.

Now set the low flame output, acting on the low flame microswitch of the actuator in order to avoid the low flame output increasing
too much or the flues temperature getting too low to cause condensation in the chimney.

Oil Flow Rate Settings

1

With the electrical panel open, prime the oil pump acting on the related contactor

CP

(see next picture): check the pump motor

rotation (see “Fan motor and pump motor direction” on page 10) and keep pressing for some seconds until the oil circuit is charged;

2

bleed the air from the

SA

 port by loosing the cap

T

without removing it, then release the contactor and fasten cap

T

.

3

Before starting the burner up, drive the high flame actuator microswitch matching the low flame one (in order to let the burner ope-
rates at the lowest output) to safely achieve the high flame stage.

4

Turn the burner on by means of its main switch

A

(see next picture): if the burner locks (LED

B

on in the control panel) press the

RESET button (

C

) on the control panel - see chapter “OPERATION”.

Set pilot gas pressure switch at 50 mbar.
