Fitting the burner to the boiler
To install the burner into the boiler, proceed as follow:
1
make a hole on the generator flange according to the drilling template at the paragraph “Overall dimensions” and screw in the studs

place the gasket (5) on the generator flange;
3
pull together the burner to the boiler flange by moving the burner according to the 'Lifting and Handling' section;
4
fix the burner flange with nuts (2 - 3) to the studs (4) of the boiler according to the picture.
After fitting the burner to the boiler, ensure that the gap between the blast tube and the refractory lining is sealed with appropriate insu-
lating material.

Attention
: The boiler bore must comply with the dimensions in the table in chapter "Overall dimensions". If this is not possi-
ble, please contact the manufacturer.
Do not wall and use soft refractory mat to fill the gap between the boiler hole and the burner refractory.
