While you are in Hail mode, you can adjust the out going volume by

on the microphone, or by rotating the

PUSH – SELECT

POLARIS

. The incoming volume is adjusted by using the

POWER/VOLUME

knob.

Hail

To access the Hail mode, press

HAIL

on the microphone. “

on the display. Press and hold the

PTT

switch on the microphone, hold

the microphone approximately two inches away from your mouth, and
speak clearly in a normal voice. To cancel Hail mode, press

HAIL

the microphone.
