Receiving Messages
You can configure your Axis phone to automatically receive messages at certain
times during the day. See E-Mail Setting Up Polling Times on page 22 for details.
To manually receive your E-Mail messages:
1. Press the Function Key under

3. Enter the E-Mail Address.

Note: If the recipient’s alias and e-mail address is longer than 51
characters, the address will not be imported into the field.

them.
Repeat until all recipients have been chosen.

5. Enter the Subject.
6. Press

on the keyboard.
7. Enter your message.
