Enter Your Credit Card Information
1. Enter your credit card name. For Example, John Smith.

3. Enter your credit card type (AMEX, MASTER CARD, VISA).

5. Enter your credit card number. For example, 12345678901.

7. Enter the credit card expiration date in MM/YYYY format. For example,
11/1999.

9. Enter the E-Mail address you want to use. For example, jsmith.

Note: If registration is successful, you will get a “RAMP Process

Save Your Information
