ELEM ENTS OF W A R RA N TY. Uniden Australia warrants, for the duration of this w ar-

 

ranty,  its UNIDEN CB Product to be free from defects in m aterials and craftsmanship

 

with  only the  limitation  or exclusions  set  out  below.

W A R R A N TY  D U R A TIO N .  This w arranty  shall term inate  and  be  of no further effect

 

One (1 ) year after the date of original purchase of the Product or at the tim e the Pro­
duct is (a) dam aged or not maintained as reasonable and necessary, (b) modified, (c)

 

im properly installed,  (d) is repaired by som eone other W arrantor for a defect or m al­
function covered by this W arranty, or (e)  used in a  m anner or purpose for which the

 

Product was  not  intended.

PARTS  COVERED.  This W arranty  covers  ail  components of the  Products.

 

S T A TE M E N T  OF  REMEDY.  In  the  event that the  Product does  not conform   to this

 

W arranty at any time while this W arranty is effective, W arrantor will repair the defect

 

and  return  it to you  prepaid, without charge for parts,  service,  or any other costs in-

 

curred by W arrantor or its représentatives in connection with the perform ance of this

 

W arranty. In addition, if the Product contains a defect or malfunction which is not re-

 

pairad after a reasonable number of attem pts by W arrantor to repair the Product, the

 

Product  or  defective  com ponent  will  at  our  discrétion,  will  be  replaced  without

 

charge, when the defective product is delivered to the w arrantor at 345 Princes High­
way, Rockdale. N.S.W . 2216free and elear of ail liens and encumbrances.  Please note

 

that while  the  Product will  be  rem edied  under this W arranty without charge.  THIS

 

W ARRANTY  DOES  NOT COVER  OR  PROVIDE  FOR  THE  REIMBURSEMENT OR  PAY­

M ENT OF  INCIDENTAL  OR  CONSEQUENTIAL  DAMAGES.

Som e States do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequenlial d a ­
m ages,  so the above  limitation or exclusion  may not apply to you.

OR COPY OF THE SALES RECEIPT OR OTHER VALID EVIDENCE OF THE DATE OF THE

 

ORIGINAL  PURCHASE  M U S T ACCOMPANY THIS  PRODUCT.
