9.1 Operations to be carried out every season before ignition.

•  General internal and external cleaning;

•  Thorough cleaning of exchange pipes;

•  Thorough cleaning and descaling of brazier and relative compartment;

•  Cleaning of motors, mechanical check of backlash and fixings;

•  Cleaning flue gas duct (replacing gaskets on pipes) and flue gas extraction fan compartment;

•  Cleaning silicon tube connected to pressure switch;

•  Cleaning, inspection and descaling of ignition resistance compartment, replacement if necessary;

•  Cleaning/control of synoptic panel;

•  Visual inspection of electric cables, connections and power cable;

•  Cleaning pellet tank and checking screw-gearmotor assembly backlash

•  Replacing combustion door gasket;

•  Functional inspection, screw feeding, ignition, operation for 10 minutes and extinction.
