2. Getting started with mbook
<Using the Battery Pack>
When you use the battery pack for the first time, you are recommended to first charge it fully
using an AC adaptor. After the battery has discharged, charge it fully again. This will help to
maintain the normal lifetime of the battery.

Turn the mbook over and insert the battery pack into the groove shown in the figure.
Then, press the battery pack in the direction of the arrow until you hear a clicking sound.

If the battery status lamp is blinking red, you are recommended to plug the mbook
into the AC adaptor.

To separate the battery pack, push the battery latch to the outside as shown in the
figure, and remove the battery in the direction of the arrow.

The battery is a consumable part. As you use it, its lifetime will gradually reduce.
<Charging the Battery>
Install the battery and connect the AC adaptor to the DC-in jack of the
computer. The battery will begin to charge.
