Fig-3 Oil charge to rotary vacuum pump
・Wear protective rubber gloves or goggles.
・Before charging oils ,read the 「1.2 Safety Data Sheet」. When
the contaminated oil touching the skin or coming into the eye
accidentally, follow the item first-aid-treatment of「1.2 Safety Data
Sheet」.
Do not apply other vacuum pump oils besides our recommended. If applying
other vacuum pump oils, it may cause the performance deterioration or
shortening the lifetime of the pump.
