In case the spring coil (Fig.6 and 7:MT) and the
gas springs (Fig.6 and 7:G) are disassembled,
these can now be assembled in their position again.
Turn the single nut on the thread with the ring until it
reaches the end on the backside with the double nut
(Fig.2b:DM). Note that the spring coil must return in
its exact same position as it was before the disassembly.
Figure 7 displays this position.
Assemble the back plates A, B and C like in Fig.2
Carefully slide the backside of the bodycooler (Fig.4:F) around the hinge construction (in the
direction of the arrows) and place the bottom on the steel strip (Fig.4:G) which is attached to the
backside of the bed.
The bodycooler rests on this metal strip. The front plate of the bodycooler (Fig.4:H) can now be
constructed with the screws from Fig.3:5 and on the backside with the screws from Fig.2:9. The
control- and display module of the IQ Touch Control can be assembled and connected with the
network cable.
