1. Use “T” Tool, turn clockwise to tighten all Upper Post #1
to Lower Post #1.
See Figure 1.
2. Apply Loctite adhesive to threads of Bolt(B).
3. Place Post Cap(A) on top of Upper Post #1. Insert Bolt(B),
into treaded insert on Post and tighten.
