2. Important information
Please read the operating manual and safety instructions carefully before you start using
the S-BOON. Keep the operating manual in a safe place to avoid operating errors.
Should you require further information or encounter difficulties in its use or maintenance,
please contact your local dealer or ultraMEDIC GmbH directly. Always quote the LOT-
number to identify the S-BOON.
2.1 Liability and warranty
The manufacturer grants a warranty period of 24 months on this product. The warranty
only covers the costs of the spare parts. Any incurred shipping or wage costs are not
subject to warranty.
Please check the shipment for damage and completeness immediately upon opening. If
damage is found, this must be reported within two working days, packaging damage must
be reported immediately. After this period, no guarantee or warranty claims for transport
damage can be asserted. No responsibility is taken for improper assembly.
2.2 User group
This product may only be used by competent, trained and qualified personnel, and the
principles of use must be observed. A prerequisite for use is theoretical and practical
experience in handling the spineboard S-BOON.
3. Information on the safety and protection of the product
1. Before and after every use, check that the components and safety belts
are intact and complete.
2. Make sure that the saftey belts and components are assembled
correctly.
3. Before using the S-BOON for the first time, conduct a test run to
familiarize yourself with the product.
