Attention
・Please confirm the specification.
・DC power source connections
If the ＋ and － are connected in reverse by mistake, the internal protective circuit
is activated to stop the reverse current flow. In this case, disconnect, then reconnect
correctly 30 seconds later for normal operation.
・The input/output wiring scheme varies with sensor type. Please refer to the connection
diagrams（Figs. 5-7）above for wiring details, to avoid damage to the sensor or input/
output circuits.
・When making a connection to the terminal board, make sure the lead wire is fully and
firmly inserted.
・Tighten the screw of the terminal boards securely.
