DIAGRAM OF PROGRAM SELECTION AND OPERATION

The diagram displays one of two different phases :

1)

Program selection phase ( obtained by pressing key P )

In  this  phase,  you  select  or  modify  the  parameters  of  a  program.  The  corresponding
indicator lights up on the diagram. During programming the program number blinks on
and off.
To  display  a  different  parameter  for  the  PRE-DRYING  TEMPERATURE,  use  the

key.
The value of the parameter is displayed on 5
To exit from the program selection phase, press

2)

The operating mode ( obtained by pressing the Start key )

Once  the  operating  phase  has  been  selected,  the  firing  cycle  begins.  The  indicators
corresponding to all the operating stages light up at once. As each stage in the program
is completed, the corresponding light goes out.

Note : you can modify the furnace program selection, even during operation.

2

CHECK LIGHTS

The furnace check light Heat indicates that the muffle is heating.
During the heating stages, this light goes on and off periodically as the heating rate is
regulated to coincide with the programmed rate.

The  pump  check  light  Pump  indicates  that  the  pump  is  operating.  When  the
programmed  vacuum  level  is  reached,  the  pump  check  light  goes  out.  The  vacuum
adjustment tolerance is ±3% of the programmed value.

The Air check light indicates that the air solenoid valve is open.

The Press check light indicates that the pressing is operated.
