This key accesses program selection. 
To  enter  or  change  any  firing  parameters,  first  press  P.  Once  you  have  entered  the 
program, press P a second time to “lock” the program selection.

 FIRING PARAMETERS

 

 
PRE-DRYING TEMPERATURE : 0 to 1000°c 
 
At the end of a cycle, the temperature drops to 300°c. 
After  placing  the  porcelain  work-piece  on  the  platform,  the  operator  starts  the  next 
cycle.  The  temperature  then  rises  from  300°c  to  the  programmed  “pre-drying 
temperature”.  The  platform  only  lifts  once  the  “pre-drying”  temperature  has  been 
reached. That temperature is maintained constant during the entire platform lift time. 
 
PLATFORM LIFT TIME :  0 TO 30 min 
 
The platform  lift  time  is divided into six stages.  The platform  only  lifts  once  the  pre-
drying temperature has  been reached.  While the  platform  is  lifting,  you  can switch to 
the  Pause  mode.  In  that  case,  the  platform  is  under  manual  control,  with  the  time 
reading indicated on time display

INTERNAL PRE-DRYING : 0 to 30 min 
 
When the platform is closed, the temperature is maintained constant at the “pre-drying 
temperature” value for a period of time that can be programmed from 0 to 30 min. the 
temperature will only rise once that time has elapsed. 
 
HEATING RATE : 0 to 200°c/min 
 
The  temperature  rises  at  a precisely  linear  rate  throughout  the  entire  firing  cycle.  The 
heating  rate  may  be  programmed  in  increments  of  one  degree  Celsius.  A  commonly 
used rate is 55°c/min. 
The heating rate is maintained constant even in the event of mains voltage fluctuations 
( within a tolerance of 

±

 20 volts ).
